Rev. 1:1-3: The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant, John, Who bore witness of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is at hand.

Isa. 40:8: “But the Word of the LORD endureth for ever. And this is the Word which by the gospel is preached unto you.”

“Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute...” (Luke 11:49)

Isaiah 14:27: For the Lord of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

1. Ths. 2:13: “For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.”

1 Tim 6:14-15: “That thou keep this commandment without spot, unre- bukeable, until the appearing of our LORD Jesus Christ: Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and LORD of lords ...”

Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake … No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord."
