In the year 1933 Brother Branham saw seven things in visions pertaining to the end time. The two last were the rise of the Roman Catholic Church and the destruction of America. It is obvious for all that the world church has become world-renowned again. Christians, Moslems, Hindus, all religious and political systems more or less recognize the authority of the Pope.

Most of the Protestant leaders are smitten with blindness, as they return to the womb of the mother church, thereby testifying that they are her spiritual daughters. Those who are born of God return to God and to the proclamation of the only saving Gospel of Jesus Christ. It must be said once for all that at no time the church of Rome was the Church, the "Ecclesia" of Jesus Christ. As always, so now only very few will see through this unbiblical system and come out. God’s true children return to the apostolic teaching which originates in Jerusalem. They automatically leave the Romish–heathen idolatry religion and return to the Lord. Our mother is not Rome, but the heavenly Jerusalem,“But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all” (Gal. 4:26)!

In regards to the United States of America, Brother Branham predicted two blows: the judgment upon the West Coast, which includes a large portion of California sliding into the ocean, causing a title wave to flood part of the country, and secondly, the destruction of the U.S.A. itself. Anyone who reads the gospels carefully will note that our Lord pronounced judgment upon the cities where most of the miracles took place (Mt. 11:20-24). Brother Branham was told that he would be successful with his ministry on the West Coast. Literally millions through many years came in contact with that supernatural vindicated ministry. Especially the Full Gospel churches had the greatest influx, but did not recognize the message of the hour. During his last sermon in Los Angeles on the 29th of April, 1965, he gave this prophecy concerning the judgment of the West Coast. Reference to it is also found in the sermons “Ashamed of Him” and “The Rapture”.

At different times God used His men in various countries. In this generation He chose the United States of America to be blessed with the greatest ministry since the days of our Lord Jesus Christ and the apostles. As a whole the United States did not accept the God-sent visitation, whereby history has repeated itself. It was always the chosen remnant who lined up with God’s Word (Rom. 11:5). One day this man of God who preached and practiced love and grace said, “I don’t even pray for this nation any more.”

It could be in the providence of the Almighty that the Soviet Union would be the tool to humble the United States. At this time the super powers are negotiating and will come step by step to agree upon the different ballistic systems. The two main words “peace” and “safety” are now of greatest significance. Please note I. Thess. 5:3! For some strange and incomprehensible reason the U.S.A. hold to the SDI-programme and thereby deeply hurt and challenge the Soviet Union. This again happens so the Scripture might be fulfilled. The terminology “star war” is chosen properly. Through the prophet Obadiah the Lord says, “Though thou exalt thyself like the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, from there will I bring thee down, saith the Lord.”

As we see Bible prophecy being fulfilled around us in every way, we should prepare to leave this world now at any moment. Of course, Mt. 24:14 also needs to be considered,“This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the worldfor a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” That includes the Islamic countries and the rest. I am not a prophet, but I predicted for many years that the Eastern European countries would experience a great change, and liberty would be given for the Gospel to be preached. During the visits I made this year in the countries behind the “iron curtain” I saw and heard things which would have been unbelievable ten, five or even two years ago. The Lord God is on the throne and watches over His Word in every detail to fulfill it.

May I humbly suggest that we all forget the differences, the pet doctrines and vain interpretations and unite in a last and final effort to present the whole council of God in a clarity, as it was never revealed to mankind before. In reality, we do have God’s message of the hour, the totally revealed Word and purpose of God for today.

Because of the urgency and the responsibility, I beg all the brothers who are internationally engaged in the spreading of the end time message to unite in this task and do whatever we can without duplicating any work. I dare to say that all who in reality preach the end time message based on the Scriptures will believe and say the same thing and work together in harmony. Only those who use the word “message” to present their own views will cause friction and splits and thereby hurt the members of the Body of Christ.

By God's grace we are giving out the spiritual food which was stored in throughout the world. Our team here at the Mission Centre and brothers in various places and countries are busy translating, printing and publishing the messages of Brother Branham. The brochures I have written were blessed and used as a means by Almighty God to open the eyes and the hearts of many tens of thousands. The letters of appreciation are very encouraging, in fact, beyond anything one could have expected.
