In all these years, the faithful LORD has taken care of everything connected to the ministry and work at the right time. Here at the Mission Center, we were able to witness how the place of worship and the other buildings, including the printing and publishing house, were built as needed. Whoever delights in the LORD, He will give them the desires of their heart, namely what is necessary.

You can recognize the will of God by the fact that He also provides the means. Men of God are not money collectors like the "Hollywood evangelists" of today. In all these years, I have not even once presented a program or asked for money. Not once has an invoice or a transfer request form been included with a shipment (whether books, cassettes, or videos), even though the shipping costs alone now amount to several thousand Deutschmark per month.

On my walk of faith, a second word is quietly fulfilled: "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Matthew 6:33). That I have placed the Kingdom of God, the Congregation of the LORD, indeed His work, in the first place, is commonly known. It was not my decision, it is not my merit – it is divine appointment, calling, and election that has proven itself in practical life. Many have theories, some also have dreams, but only the actual fulfilment is the visible confirmation. A third word also belongs here: Peter wanted to know what those whom the LORD has called, who have left everything for His sake and followed Him, will receive as a reward. They shall receive an hundredfold now in this time: houses, brothers, sisters, etc., so says the answer of the LORD (Matthew 19:27-30; Mark 10:28-30; Luke 18:28-30). Every word of God is true and fulfils itself in those for whom it is intended.

For many years, I have carried the desire in my heart to find a suitable property as a "meeting place," a place where our brothers and sisters could both relax and have fellowship with God and one another. The Mission Center is dedicated exclusively to the proclamation and spreading of the Word of God worldwide. Now it has wonderfully come true that we can call a guesthouse our own, that is suitable for many purposes. In the "Landhaus Benz", brothers and sisters can seek tranquility, take vacations, and combine the good with the pleasant.

It is located in the vibrant Black Forest, in the small town of Loßburg, 5 km southeast of Freudenstadt, almost halfway between the A5 Karlsruhe-Basel and the A81 Stuttgart-Singen. Far away from heavy industry and vehicle exhaust, on the outskirts of town, at an approximate altitude of 850 m above sea level, with a wide view of nature…one can certainly relax well here.

The guesthouse has 21 double rooms and 2 single rooms, all of which have a bath or shower, toilet, and balcony.

We plan to hold Bible study weeks as well as special prayer and preparation days there from time to time. For the brothers and sisters from Austria, Switzerland, and southern Germany, who cannot come to Krefeld due to the great distance, there will also be an opportunity to come here to participate in the biblical Lord's Supper along with foot washing. Of course, all the books, brochures, and cassettes that we have available will be laid out and thus be a blessing to everyone. The property is truly suitable for everything, even for youth retreats, weddings, and so on. It shall be a "house of prayer for all the nations" dedicated to the LORD. Everyone who belongs to the people of God throughout Europe is warmly welcome.

Guests arriving by car are requested to bring bed linen, towels, etc. We want to have everything together and only pay a contribution of possibly 35 or 40 DM per person per night with breakfast into the common fund, so that the property can sustain itself. For the time being, no one will be employed with a salary, as this would create a monthly cost factor that we need to avoid. It should be a matter of course for everyone to leave the room as it was found upon departure. In the cozy dining room, everyone can help themselves to the breakfast buffet prepared by the sisters. The further organization and planning of the day during the holidays is up to each individual. If scheduled meetings, etc., which will be announced in advance, take place, additional meals will be provided as at the Mission Center in Krefeld.
