  1. Select Language — Choose the target language for the content.
  2. Choose Content Type — Sermon, Book, or Other.
  3. Select Files — Drag and drop or browse for audio files.
  4. Add Metadata — Enter title, speaker, date, and description.
  5. Upload — Files are processed in the background.

Processing Steps

After upload, the system will:
- Validate format — Check file compatibility.
- Extract metadata — Read ID3 tags and file information.
- Generate waveform — Create visual representation for player.
- Create transcripts — If text transcripts are available.
- Link to content — Associate with appropriate sermon/book.

File Size Limits

  • Individual files: 500MB maximum
  • Batch uploads: Up to 10 files at once
  • Daily limit: 2GB total per user (contact admin for higher limits)

Quality Guidelines

  • Clarity: Ensure clear audio with minimal background noise
  • Consistency: Maintain consistent volume levels throughout
  • Completeness: Upload complete recordings, not excerpts
  • Accuracy: Match original content timing and structure

Troubleshooting

Upload fails:
- Check file format compatibility
- Verify file size is within limits
- Ensure stable internet connection

Poor audio quality:
- Use higher bitrate encoding (192kbps+)
- Reduce background noise during recording
- Use quality microphone and recording equipment

Metadata issues:
- Include complete ID3 tags before upload
- Use consistent naming conventions
- Provide accurate speaker and date information

Best Practices

  • Batch similar content — Upload multiple sermons from same speaker together
  • Test first — Upload one file to verify settings before batch upload
  • Backup originals — Keep master copies of all audio files
  • Quality control — Listen to uploads to ensure clarity
  • Documentation — Note any special instructions or context
